Diamond Bar is a city in the eastern part of Los Angeles County.  As of the most recent census in 2010, Diamond Bar has a population of over 55,000 people.  Diamond Bar was incorporated in 1989, but derives its name from the branding iron of ranch owner Frederick E. Lewis registered in 1918.  His registered branding iron was of a diamond over a bar.   Today, Diamond Bar is home to Southern California’s first Hydrogen fueling station, located near the South Coast Air Quality Management District.
